I’m Riya Naskar - a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and global creative director from India.
Welcome to my studio! I create bold illustrations, thoughtful brand storytelling, and design that celebrate culture, identity, and personal narratives.
With over 13 years of experience across APAC, EMEA, and MEA, I’ve shaped brand narratives, built sub-brands, and led high-impact creative teams for global marketing organizations. My work blends strategy and visual storytelling, bringing a cross-cultural perspective that drives both clarity and connection.
Before stepping fully into design, I worked in audio media, e-commerce, and digital agencies, experiences that continue to shape how I approach communication, storytelling, and systems thinking. I also hold an MBA in Design, Interactive, and Film Media from one of India’s leading media schools.
My day to day tools are Procreate, Figma, Photoshop. Other than that I practice a lot on pen, paper, paintbrushes to pour my creativity flow.
Now, I am dedicating myself towards more illustrative projects and portraitures projects that speaks to soul. My personal art practice fuels my professional projects with curiosity, craft, and a deep respect for visual culture. I am currently building a studio & residency with my husband Kiran Thulasi, who is also an established Artist, 'TwoTwentyTwo.Space' at Wayanad, Kerala, India.TwoTwentyTwo is a Contemporary Experimental Art Studio & Residency. WHERE ARTISTRY MEETS INNOVATION.

The CX Grand Prix by Insider is a Formula 1 – inspired content series that applies high-performance racing lessons, like data-driven strategy, teamwork, speed, and personalization to marketing, helping brands drive winning customer-experience campaigns.
My role: I crafted the F1-inspired creative system for CX Grand Prix, including video storyboard, social media communications and customer-focussed events; turning complex data-driven marketing concepts into an engaging, high-performance visual narrative.
Reshape, Insider’s flagship virtual summit, brought together global change-makers like Obama, Richard Branson in conversation with visionary CEO Hande Cilingir, to explore leadership, innovation, and customer experience.
Reshape On Tour by Insider is a global customer-nurture program that brings Insider’s CX and growth community to 28+ countries through in-person summit events.
My role: I led the end-to-end identity and brand design for Insider’s Reshape and Reshape On Tour—crafting a unified visual system across virtual, print, and global in-person experiences that connected thousands of CX leaders across the globe.
Shemarkables is Insider’s women-led movement, and their special International Women’s Day episode featured Netflix’s Bozoma Saint John in a powerful conversation with Insider CEO Hande Cilingir on leadership, authenticity, and driving impact in CX.
My role: I shaped the creative identity of Shemarkables, positioning it as a powerful women-led movement elevated by authentic storytelling and standout brand design, inspiring 100+ women leadership in CX to join the movement across the globe, to create a community driven approach.
